What Is All-on-4 / All-on-X?

All-on-4 and All-on-X are full-arch implant treatments that restore an entire upper or lower set of teeth on a small number of dental implants — typically four, sometimes five or six when the bone allows. Instead of one implant per missing tooth, the implants are angled to take advantage of the densest available bone and together support a single fixed bridge.

The result is a complete arch of teeth that stays in the mouth. It is not removed at night, it does not rest on the gums for support, and it does not rely on adhesive.
